Crunchy natural almonds and a scented honey blend. These are the selected ingredients to make our special, old-fashioned way italian torrone.
Starting from the traditional nougat, crumbly and full of nuts, we created a line of soft nougat cakes naturally flavoured with selected ingredients: the finest belgian chocolate, crunchy nuts, exotic fruit, salted caramel, and many others.

Our philosophy is respecting the tradition while satisfying the new tendencies and needs of the consumers.
Starting from the great confectionery experience, the family team developed different lines of bars, ideal for athletes, or people who follow special diets (vegan, gluten-free, zero sugar).
During the last years, the company invested in the Research and Development division, implementing a complete consulting service to follow the clients from the study of the best recipe to the packaging choice.
In 2018, the Company inaugurated a highly innovative production area for the production of bars, based on 4.0 industry process. Its main strength is the interconnection between the machinery and the operators, which increases considerably the productivity of the process.

FESTA DEL TORRONE 2018
As every year returns the most awaited event by all the greedy and lovers of history and traditions: “La Festa del Torrone” from Saturday 17 to Sunday 25 November 2018. Many initiatives will exalt the gluttonous soul of Cremona, between shows, tastings and cultural events.
This year the Rivoltini Dolciaria turns 90!
